Job purpose
Event Manager is responsible for the overall event management and coordination of events at the FOC location to ensure a safe, comfortable and efficient event environment for visitors, employees and related personnel. This position requires excellent event management skills, good cross-cultural communication skills and the ability to deal with guests to adapt to the complex working environment of the oilfield.

Duties and responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall service quality of any events organized within FOC facilities
- Receive VIP customers and coordinate exclusive services (such as express check-in, baggage assistance, etc.) to enhance customer experience.
- Lead celebrations, visits by high-level visiting groups, sports events, etc.) in hotels, sport events and other places, including demand analysis, scheme design, process planning, site layout, dynamic route design, etc.
- Formulate the schedule of activities, coordinate the resources of all parties, and ensure the activities are carried out as planned and with high quality.
- Meet the needs, provide professional activity suggestions, and confirm the core elements of the activity such as theme, scale and budget.
- Coordinates internal departments (F&B, rooms, maintenance, security) and suppliers (lighting, sound, floral, etc.) to ensure seamless event services.
- Prepare activity budget, review quotation, optimize resource allocation and ensure activity cost is controlled within the target range.
- Anticipate potential risks (e.g. weather, equipment failure, safety issues), develop emergency plans and implement safeguard measures.
- Quickly respond to emergent problems on site and coordinate all parties to solve them in time.
- Collect feedback from customers and participants, sort out activity data (such as traffic, satisfaction, cost effectiveness), and submit summary reports.
-负责FOC场地内所有活动的整体质量。-接待VIP客户,协调专属服务(如快速值机、行李协助等),提升客户体验。-带领酒店、体育赛事等场所举办的庆典、高层访问团参观、体育赛事等活动,包括需求分析、方案设计、流程规划、场地布置、动态路线设计等。-制定活动时间表,协调各方资源,确保活动按计划高质量开展。-对接需求,提供专业的活动建议,确认活动主题、规模、预算等核心要素。-协调内部部门(餐饮、客房、维护、安保)和供应商(灯光、音响、花艺等),确保活动服务无缝衔接。-编制活动预算,审核报价,优化资源配置,确保活动成本控制在目标范围内。-预测潜在风险(如天气、设备故障、安全问题等),制定应急计划并落实保障措施。-快速响应现场突发问题,协调各方及时解决。-收集客户及参与者的反馈意见,整理活动数据(如人流量、满意度、成本效益等),并提交总结报告。
Qualification
- Bachelor degree or above in hotel management, marketing, exhibition planning, sports management, advertising media or related field.
- Proficient in event creative design, able to independently complete plan writing and proposal presentation.
- Adapt to high-intensity work and flexible scheduling, can cope with urgent tasks and emergencies.
- Familiar with hotel service standards (e.g. 5-star banquet procedures)
- MS Office Suite
- Analytical & Communication Skills: Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights via reports/PowerPoint.
-酒店管理、市场营销、会展策划、体育管理、广告传媒等相关专业本科及以上学历。-精通活动创意设计,能独立完成策划案撰写及方案呈现。-适应高强度工作及灵活时间安排,能应对紧急任务及突发状况。-熟悉酒店服务标准(如五星级宴会流程)-MS Office Suite-分析及沟通能力:能将复杂数据转化为可操作的通过报告/PowerPoint。
Experience
- More than 3-5 years’ experience in large-scale event planning, familiar with the operation mode and event execution process of hotel or stadiums.
- Have successful cases (such as high-end conferences, high level events, concerts, etc.), cross-industry resource integration experience is preferred.
3-5年以上大型活动策划经验,熟悉酒店或场馆的运作模式及活动执行流程。有成功案例(如高端会议、高水平活动、演唱会等),有跨行业资源整合经验者优先。
Language proficiency
- Language: Fluent in English; A good knowledge of Arabic is preferred. 英语,会阿拉伯语者优先
